He holds a bachelor's degree in social science and a diploma certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Bishop Samuel Osei-Tutu is married to Jayne Angelina Osei-Tutu and they are blessed with four wonderful children; Elisha, Paula, Lois & Priscilla and making their home in the oil city of Ghana, Takoradi.
